A co-fermentation of Laški Rizling (Welschriesling) bringing raw textural tension and rustic herbal energy, paired with Renski Rizling (Rhine Riesling) delivering laser-focused acidity and high-toned aromatics.
The Visual: A glowing, hazy amber-sunset hue. Unfined and unfiltered, carrying the living sediment of the vineyard.
The Nose: Wild, layered, and constantly evolving. Initial hits of bruised orchard apples, dried Meyer lemon peel, and beeswax give way to alpine herbs, chamomile tea, crushed flint, and a subtle flick of volatile acidity that breathes vitality into the glass.
The Palate: Textural magic. A gentle, fine-grained tannic grip from skin contact melts into an electric spine of high-altitude acidity. Think dried apricots, salt-cured citrus, wild pine resin, and a savory, mineral finish that lingers long after the glass is empty.
