The Wine Natur team realizes how crucial shipping is in making your online shopping experience a positive and pleasant one. That’s why we only work with reputable and certified couriers, shipping (almost) worldwide at competitive rates.

Delivery times indicative shown on our website may not provide the exact duration of the entire shipping process, and extend. The high volumes of shipments, adverse weather conditions, restrictions and increase in border controls could cause delays in deliveries.
Ordering process
We try to keep this as straightforward and simple as possible:

As soon as your order is placed we’ll send you a confirmation email along with your order summary

You will receive another email once the order has shipped

Please do remember to include your correct email so as to receive all the above notifications, as well as a valid phone number so that you can be contacted by the courier

In some states it is possible that the courier requires an adult person (legal age) to be present at the time of collection of the goods to put a signature

Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday from 8 am to 15 pm
Packaging
We use exclusively fully recyclable packaging specifically designed to ship wine, to preserve it from outside temperature, so as to ensure that your treasured bottles arrive intact and not suffer a thermal shock. Very important for this kind of wines without preservatives, delicate and susceptible to any change.
