Ribolla Gialla is a thick-skinned grape renowned for high natural acidity and strong phenolic structure. The 2018 vintage in Collio was warm, balanced, and generous, giving Saša beautifully ripe skins that yield an amber wine of intense clarity, grip, and kinetic energy.

The Visual: A luminous, deep amber-topaz with radiant orange and apricot glints. Unfined and unfiltered, pulsing with natural, living cloudiness.

The Nose: Piercing, evocative, and wildly complex. Aromas of dried persimmons, bitter orange marmalade, and candied lemon rind blend effortlessly with dried chamomile, crushed flint, pine needles, beeswax, and a subtle note of salted almonds.

The Palate: A structural tour de force. The months of skin maceration create a firm, tea-like, architectural tannic framework that coats the palate. Flavors of salt-cured citrus, dried apricot, mountain herbs, and savory umami rush through the mouth, anchored by a razor-sharp, mouthwatering beam of acidity and deep ponca minerality.

Single-varietal Radikon Ribolla Gialla is widely regarded as one of the world's most iconic skin-contact whites. The 2018 release showcases the variety's incredible ability to balance aggressive skin tannins with high-altitude freshness and zero-sulfur purity. It is built like a cellar-worthy red wine, offering a profound, meditative drinking experience that will easily evolve for another decade or two.
