100% Friulano grapes in Italian language, Jakot is Tokaj, the grapes former name in Slovenian spelled backwards, from 60-year-old vines. Macerated 20 days, then aged in oak for 30 months and another three in stainless steel vats prior to bottling. Nuts, lemon and ginger on the palate, well balanced acidity.
