TROPICALE
“Direct press is the new orange” once joked with us Emiliano, referring to this explosively aromatic and crazily refreshing natural white wine coming from 70% Ottonese, 20% Trebbiano and 10% Moscato. Coming from an old single cru near Lazio’s priverno on clay-limestone soils, the grapes are foot-trodden and ferment and age in fiberglass with their own yeasts and no added SO2. Rambunctiously joyful and fresh: fresh pineapple with lime peel, mezcal and coconut shavings.
