Heritage is as unique as it is an emotionally unforgettable experience of a natural wine. It defies and shatters definitions in its timeless beauty and unparalleled and territorial deliciousness. It is borne out of a tiny, single and incredibly unique Zibibbo cru with majestic vines of 100-120 years of age in the heart of Sicily’ Pantelleria island. The grapes are farmed biodynamically and see a prolonged skin contact in amphora during spontaneous fermentation. Carnal spirit and erudite flesh burst through with ripe mango, lemon blossom and bitter almonds, along with chutney of papaya, lemongrass and red curry.
