GHEPPIO
Say hello to Gheppio by Ca' de Noci — a brooding red built for feasts and flavor bombs.
Made mostly from Malbo Gentile (yes, that’s a real grape) and some local legends, this dark, earthy beast spent 2+ years chillin’ in big oak barrels. The result? Think red berries, forest floor, spicy roots, and serious tannin grip — like a firm handshake from a farmer who just made you tagliatelle al ragù.
Unfiltered, unfined, and totally unbothered by modern winemaking fluff. Only 1800 bottles made, all by hand, from organic grapes harvested in tiny 15kg crates.
Drink it with: salumi, game birds, rich pastas, or your loudest friends.
Not for the faint of heart — Gheppio’s got wings.
