SECONDOME ROSSO 0,5 L
Unique in expressivity and for its unusual ½ a lt bottle, it’s an incredible natural red wine from Piedmont born out of an especially difficult vintage, plagued by hail and extreme weather conditions. As can be the case with truly masterful producers, out of difficulty greatness can rise. It’s a blend of noble and workman-like varieties, with Ruchè, Grignolino and Barbera wildly fermented in steel, nothing added nor taken away and zero added SO2. Dynamic acidity and plentiful and juicy fruit: pickled black mulberries, smoked pomegranate juice and Sarawak black peppercorn. No added SO2 to be found.
