ZENO
Zeno is a fascinating natural red wine born out of the biodynamic union of Sangiovese and Pinot Nero, farmed and vinified naturally in the Mugello hills near Florence. Harvested at different times so as to best exalt their specific character, they are co-fermented and are harmonised beautifully, with the Sangiovese lending it edgy freshness and the Pinot Nero an enveloping lushness. Ripe red currants, balsamic notes, juniper berries and pomegranate with black spices.
