CHAMPAGNE RENAISSANCE PREMIER CRU EXTRA-BRUT
Renaissance is a Champagne blanc de noirs in the premier cru village Cumières. The vineyards are farmed organically. The grapes ferment with native yeast in stainless steel and then mature for two years on the lees. Malolactic fermentation occurs. The dosage is three grams per liter. This cuvee consists of 80% vintage 2016 and 20% vintage 2015. The wine is neither fined nor filtered.
This champagne is complex and dynamic showing aromas and flavors of minerals, yellow fruits and spice. It is fresh yet soft on the palate.
