LA SORGA - BONNE ARRIVEE
This 100% Cinsault by Anthony Tortul is a little masterpiece. The 66 years old vineyard gives very small quantity of grapes, only (14hl/hectar of wine) with an outstanding complexity, with a nose of red fruits, cherry and tomato skin, and with a mouth full of juice, like a sponge squeezing under the teeth. Whole bunches, manual destemming, macerated for 55 days in stoneware jar and then aged in vats for 1 year. No sulfite added, no filtration or clarification. Only 1200 bottles produced.
