LA SORGA - EBOLA SYNDROME
A super cool red Pet-Nat by La Sorga this blend of Grenache Noir (50 years old vines), and Syrah (22 years old vines), vinification in whole bunches, after a manual destemming and a direct press. Skin contact for 35 days and then aged for 1 year. A spicy nose, with black fruit, camphor, woods scrubland, with a very dry mouth, with blackberry and cassis. No sulfite added, no filtration, or anything else. An incredibly limited production of only 700 bottles produced.
