This wine is a new idea of Eric Pfifferling. Actually is his second vintage produced. A concentrate juice of body and soul, in a rich powerfull red Rhone wine, precisely on the Lauzes hills. Completely natural vinification, with maceration in whole bunches, aging for 1 year and half in "Tonneau" barrels. Rich and fruity red wines, with all the essence of a fancy Rhone wine... but just better!
