A good to drive crazy orange wine by Anthony Tortul, the master at the helm of “La Sorga”. 100% Mauzac Jaune grapes, from a 30 years old vine. Vinification in whole bunch dip for 60 days, aging for 8 months in vats. 2100 bottles produced. A cooked apple nose, sweet spices, saffron. Taste of salted butter and honey. Zero sulfite, no filtration.
