UNATANTUM 2008
Late harvest Natural Passito from Aleatico grapes. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and hung outdoors under the sunshine, for about a month. Spontaneous fermentation in Slavonian oak and chestnut vats in contact with the skins for about two months. This is followed by a three-year aging in 100-liter oak carts, followed by one year in the bottle. No clarification, filtration or stabilization and no use of synthetic chemical substances. Absolutely NO sugar added. It will leave you speechless.
