LE DESORDRE BLANC
Anthony Tortul is a master of the French orange wine. This comes from organic and biodynamic grapes of Chardonnay and Mauzac from vines in Languedoc region. It sees only wild fermentation, with about 40 days of skin contact in whole bunches, and no intrusive and demeaning fining, filtration or added SO2. Juicy wine, easy and simple, with hints of orange blossom, and white musk.
