DIKTAT BOURGEOIS
This natural red wine made with Cinsault grapes by Anthony Tortul it's a real puzzle of flavors. Coming from old vines of typical Languedoc Roussillon grapes Cinsault, biodynamically farmed on shale and hard limestone soil, in the Hérault valley. Manual destemming, wildly fermented and macerated for 55 days in vats, aged in sandstone jars for 1 year. No intrusive or added sulfite, a rich and complex nose where we find black fruits but also chocolate, peony and white pepper, the mouth is very ample but of a terrible drinkability. 1300 bottles produced.
