Anthony Tortul isn’t your average négociant — he’s more like a grape whisperer with a rebel streak. A trained oenologist and a true believer in organic farming, Anthony sources organically grown grapes from growers he trusts, then vinifies them with zero intervention (okay, maybe a pinch of sulfur if the wine begs for it). Working everywhere from Limoux to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, he crafts tiny batches of wild, expressive wines bursting with pure, electric fruit. Danse de Saint Guy is his pure Chenin Blanc from vines in Castelreng, in the Haute Vallée de Limoux. It’s complex, mineral, floral, and zingy, with just the right touch of tension. No filtration. No sulfur. No rules — just joy in a bottle.
