VINO ROSSO SUPERSANNIOS
This wine is obtained from healthy Cabernet grapes, fermented thanks to the activity of their own yeasts, it is free of added sulphites or other types of preservatives. It also did not undergo forced stabilization or temperature controls. The presence of any sediment in suspension is justified by the absence of any type of filtration during processing and decanting is obtained only with the transfer. 15 days of maceration on the skins in an open vat. Aging for 9 months in steel. 2 months of rest in the bottle.
