IMAGO PINOT NOIR 2009
Born out of 45 years old Pinot Noir vines on schist-limestone soils, this is an unparalleled masterpieces of a red natural wine, exuding pure beauty and radiance. Grapes are partially destemmed and fermented wildly for 12 weeks in steel before aging for 2 years in large, used barrels, before being bottled with no fining, filtration or added SO2. Silky tannins, untold depths of personality and timeless elegance: black currants with allspice, fresh rhubarb with mint and hibiscus, bramble and liquorice.
