FLEURIE LE CLOS CUVEE VIEILLES VIGNES
Fleurie Clos de la Grand’Cour Cuvée Vieilles Vignes is the real deal — Dutraive’s sacred ground and pure Fleurie energy.
This monopole vineyard sits on a granite plateau at 300 meters, in the southern part of Fleurie. The magic comes from a tiny 1-hectare slice planted with 80-year-old Gamay vines, producing microscopic yields (hello 20 hl/ha 👀). Old vines, deep soils, low yields — you already know where this is going.
Everything here is done the natural way: certified organic vines, no chemicals, hand-harvested grapes, whole clusters, cold maceration, carbonic fermentation, wild yeasts, and basically no sulfur. No fining, no filtering, no funny business.
Vinified in concrete, aged 8 months in oak, this wine is all about terroir speaking loud and clear: juicy red fruit, florals, granite-driven tension, freshness for days, and effortless depth.
It’s elegant, alive, and dangerously drinkable — a wine that feels light but carries serious wisdom.
Pure Gamay. Pure Fleurie. Pure Dutraive magic.
