SANGIOVESE DI TOSCANA IGT 2019
Born from two vineyard plots — the legendary Querciola and the younger Fornace — this wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts, spending about three weeks on the skins in oak barrels. After that, it chills for 2.5 years in large oak casks and another 6 months in bottle before making its grand entrance.
Made the natural way — no chemicals, no shortcuts, no apologies.
Fermented in chestnut vats, aged patiently in big oak barrels, and limited to just 1,800 bottles. Each one is a love letter to Tuscany: raw, earthy, and beautifully untamed.
