Bourgogne natural wine legends Alice and Olivier de Moor work here as always with organic agriculture and fully natural winemaking: spontaneous fermentation and aging in wood and bottling with no fining or filtration to be seen. Astounding and vibrant freshness and finesse translate into a dance of iodine breezes, white flowers, spiced citrus and balsamic herbs.
