SINE FELLE ROSATO 2018
Podere Casaccia’s fresh, floral and sensual rosè is 100% Sangiovese from a mix of old and younger vines farmed biodynamically in Scandicci, not far from Florence, on soils rich in limestone, clay and fossil sands. The grapes are picked early to preserve acidity and ferment wildly in steel with a brief skin contact of 6 hours. It’s a natural wine of great freshness and depth of personality, with ripe boysenberries, candied basil and wild red currants.
