Vejade is a very elegant natural wine by Eric Pfifferling, a cuvee of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah, from organic agriculture, which see a maceration of 15 days. Even if we’re in the Southern Rhone, this wine is fresh and delicate. Rhubarb and cinnamon with a fine acid pomegranate and grapefruit.
