CHAMPAGNE BOIS DE JOTS PREMIER CRU DOSAGE ZERO
Bois de Jots is a Champagne blanc de noirs from 100% pinot noir grapes, from the premier cru village Cumières. The vineyards are farmed organically. The grapes ferment with native yeast in stainless steel and then mature for two years on the lees. Malolactic fermentation occurs. Zero dosage, no sugar added. The wine is not fined nor filtered.
This champagne is wide and well balanced with aromas of earth and coal, yellow fruits and flowers. It is acid and vertical.
