Coming from the cooler, south-facing slopes of Buxières-sur-Arce in the Aube (Champagne’s wild child), this bottle brings laser precision, crunchy minerality, and just enough yeasty swagger from time spent chillin’ in French oak and then 15 months on the lees. The vibe? Airy elegance on the nose, Green fruit and green tea on the palate, A whisper of pastry, wrapped in a caressing, cloud-like bubble.
