A blindingly bright Bourgogne supernova from living legend Yann Durieux, this is 100% Chardonnay from old vines on a South-East facing slope on clay-limestone soils. Biodynamics in the vineyard, rigorously natural vinification in the cellar and a crazily keen talent for expressing the truest soul of this terroir; of course no fining, filtration or added SO2. Marron-infused butter with pink salt and saffron, yellow plums, ripe jackfruit with valerian root and wild thyme, mineral symphonies.
