This incredibly juicy and elegant light red natural wine from Jura is one of the more interesting wine by Raphael Monnier. It is fermented naturally, aged in old barrels and bottled with no trickery such as fining of filtration. Light, fresh and addictively enjoyable: bitter orange rind, rhubarb, black pepper and leather.
