AA stands for Anonimo Ancestral and it’s an electrically invigorating white petnat natural wine from Spain’s Penedes area of Catalunya, born from Garnatxa Blanca, Parellada, Xarel-Lo and Tempranillo. Fermentation is wild and untamed and the wine sees no degrading fining, filtration or added SO2. It blooms into a lightshow of smoked hay, gooseberries and redcurrants, wild lavender and tarragon with morello cherries and baked earth.
