LAZARO 2015
Lazaro’s name, as well as striking label, are inspired by Bruce Springsteen’s album “The Rising”. It’s 100% Garganega, the main grape featured in Soave, from a 30 years old vineyard on rich volcanic soils in Veneto’s trizzino. The 2015 sees 20 days of skin contact in cement, no fining or filtration and no added SO2. Bright minerality and sharp fruit are the keys here, with vibrant notes of yellow plum with lemongrass and saffron, wet pink marble and nashi pear.
