INDIGENO ROSSO 2018
Indigeno’s signature red is indeed wild but at the same utterly focused, providing an always deeply emotional and outright fun drinking experience. It comes from naturally farmed 90% Montepulciano grapes with 10% of the white Trebbiano, ferments with its own “indigenous” yeasts in fiberglass and sees no added SO2. Wild mulberries, black currants soaked with cherry cordial, slight capers confit and balsamic herbs.
