BOURGOGNE CHITRY 2018
The Bourgogne Chitry of Domaine De Moor is a white wine 100% Chardonnay grapes, marked from the soil of the Kimmérigien (layers of clay alternating with limestone layers rich in marine fossils). Fermentation is natural with native yeasts inside used barrels, followed by an elevage of 12 months. Buttery, fresh taste and iodine marine notes with lemon zest.
