NOSTRALE BIANCO 2018
This joyous powerhouse of a daily natural white wine comes from an old vineyard, planted in 1972, in Tuscany’s Mugello hills, not far from Florence. The biodynamically farmed grapes are a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia vinified in Georgian amphora with a short skin contact and then aged always in Amphora until bottling in April. Terse, luminous and bursting with elegant drinkability: acacia blossom with Amalfi lemon zest, yellow plum with saffron and basil.
