SINE FELLE AMBRATO
This amber-hued, as the name obviously suggests, majestic beast of an orange wine is a Tuscan delight that combines depth of structure and complexity with great drinkability and a superior versatility in pairing. Hailing from old, biodynamically farmed vines of Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano and Vermentino, it sees a maceration of a whopping 9 months and then 6 months of elevage in old barriques. No fining, filtration or addes SO2 to be found of course. It beautifully chants of chamomile, bergamot zest, smoked hay, ginger, orange marmalade and barley.
