Pacina’s Donesco is the fresher, daily version of their Chianti, a wonderfully vibrant and joyous red natural wine hailing from younger 12 years old vines near Castelnuovo Berardenga. It’s mostly Sangiovese with a touch of Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo fermented wildly in cement and ages one year in cement and one more in steel. Jovially convivial, dynamic, brightly sincere and full body, it enchants with notes of crunchy red fruits, mineral tones, wild thyme and Morello cherry.
