SECONDOME BIANCO
One of Maurizio’s most iconic creations, this nuanced and complex orange wine is a blend of Chardonnay vinified in red with about a month of skin contact and Grignolino from old vines vinified in white. Grippy and powerful yet surprisingly approachable by novices, it explodes with ripe fruit and fresh minerality: spiced Papaya with rosemary honey and gingerbread, chargrilled pears and bergamot peel on acacia petals. No added SO2.
