The name refers, with the letter “M”, to the Moscato grapes, which come from 2 different cru’s, “Vigna Grande” and “Le Coste”. The ripe and perfectly healthy organic grapes from rich volcanic soils ferment wildly, partially with carbonic maceration and partially with skin contact. It then ages 18-20 months in old wood. Heady florals and perceived sweetness pave the way for sharp and meaty fruit: clementine peel roasted on a campfire, marzipan and compote of jasmine and rambutan with tobacco and Assam tea.
