FONTERENZA - ROSA ROSATO 2019
Fonterenza’s Rosé is a wonderfull expression of Sangiovese vinified with "salasso" method, the technique that consist in taking part of the must after a maceration of about ten hours, in order to gently extract color and parfumes. We’re in the South versant of Montalcino called Sant'Angelo in Colle, surrounded by woods and a diverse and vibrant ecosystem. Coming from biodynamically farmed grapes, it ferments with native yeasts in steel then ages for 8 months in steel.
