PROSPERITE DE L’ENTREPRISE Lot.19
This is a particularly “enterprising” beast of a natural wine and marries the almost ethereal lightness and freshness of many of Daniel’s wines with a darker side and grippy attitude. It’s Carignan and Merlot sourced from the two neighbouring farms of Le Mazel and Les Deux Terres. It of course sees only wild fermentation, elevage in old barrels and is bottled with no humiliations such as fining, filtration or added SO2. It shines, kicks and sings with ripe raspberry coulis with rosemary, gunpowder, liquorice and sherbet of black cherries and fried thyme.
