ABREUVER SES SILLONS
Daniel’s Abreuver Ses Sillons is yet another Gamay natural wine masterpiece from the reclusive Ardeche genius. Only wild fermentation with native yeasts and carbonic maceration here, elevage in old oak and then in the bottle with no demeaning fining, filtration or added SO2. Drawing strength and expressiveness from the age of the vines, rocky terroir and the vigneron’s unique vision, this is a wine of unique depth and savage yet gentle power: succulent dark cherries with pomegranate juice and Calvados, smoked black currant and balsamic herbs.
