LA CABANE
This is a typical Jura interpretation of Pinot Noir, sublimated through the exceptional natural wine mastery of Celine from Les Dolomies, hailing from a parcel of biodynamically farmed old vines in Frontenay, near the tiny village of Passelas. Pinot Noir has been in the region since 15th the century and this shines with a crunchy freshness, blackberries, bramble and hints of truffle and Sumatra coffee.
