SCIAMBAGN
Sciambagn (a funny slang of the word Champagne) is a sparkling white wine obtained by refermentation in the bottle of the "Bianchetto" grapes to which they have added the fresh must of the "Bianco Amphora" to provide sugars and yeasts so as to reactivate the fermentation process, transforming sugar into alcohol and producing carbon dioxide which gives life to the natural bubbles. Low in alcohol and extremely drinkable, you need this wine to start the party!
