The last Pet-Nat by Anthony Tortul, dedicated to the one and only Jean Claude Van Damme! Direct pressing, only the unsettled "heart of the press" is kept, bottling by gravity under the good moon, aging on slats for one year, degorgement by Anthony himself. Lemony juice, pear, anise, tight in the mouth with a very fine effervescence, fresh and thirst-quenching. Total production of just 1200 bottles, using no filtration and without sulfite added.
