SINE FELLE SPUMANTE ROSATO
This especially rare sparking natural rosè from Tuscany’s biodynamic pioneers Podere Casaccia is a method champenois (Metodo Classico in Italian) from old and young vines of Sangiovese and Canaiolo grown amid verdant biodiversity in the verdant hills near Florence. It’s juicily electrifying, dancing dynamically between sharp acidity and lush complexity. It radiates notes of crushed rosehip, freshly baked gingerbread, smoked watermelon and an almost marine sapidity.
