Only 2730 bottles produced. 100% Moscato, from a single cru 40 years old. The grapes are foot-trodden and ferment and age with their own yeasts and no added SO2. A short skin contact, almost 1 week. Crispy and salty, easy to drink, fresh pineapple with lime peel, mezcal and ginger.
