50% White Wine by Lammidia + 50% White Wine by Cantina Indigeno. A blend of white wines mixed between Lammidia and Cantina Indigeno; no fixed rule, but when they decide to do the "ddubbott", they use the most particular wines of the year to make something really special. Figuratively, the name ddubbott derives from an Abruzzese musical instrument which in Italian is known as the barrel organ, but it also means 2 shots.
