Crick draws its name and inspiration from Marco and Davide’s love for the raspberry-infused Lambic Kriek and it’s 100% Montepulciano from organic grapes grown at high elevation. They’re hand-harvested early and ferment spontaneously, with the second fermentation being initiated by fresh must from the same year’s Rosso Anfora, rich with natural sugars and yeasts. It’s blessed with luminous acidity, deep minerality and electric freshness: white cherries with lime peel and pink peppercorn, water apple and marigold flowers. No added SO2 of course!
