INDIGENO BIANCO GAS
This white natural petnat is as speedily playful as the scooter on its label, yet surprisingly age-worthy, and comes from 100% Trebbiano from a blend of organically farmed young and older wines. It re-ferments in the bottle with its own must and it’s as refreshing and thirst-quenching as it is juicy and delicious: pink grapefruit juice with salted green guava, lemongrass, basil and white melon. No added SO2 to be found of course!
