BIGOTES BOURGOGNE BLANC
This natural Chardonnay from Bourgogne master Frederic Cossard’s negociant project is born from caringly sourced organically grown grapes in the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. Work in the cellar is likewise strictly natural, with the grapes being direct-pressed and naturally fermented before elevage in barrique. Focus and vibrant dynamics dance here with understated elegance: acacia blossom with honeysuckle, yellow plum, delicate citrus tones and loads of minerality.
